Leap Consulting Group congratulates The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) for winning two new Leading Edge Acceleration Projects (LEAP) in Health IT awards totaling $2 million.
2024 LEAP in Health IT awardees will pilot and establish use cases for developing innovative ways to improve data quality to support responsible development of AI tools in health care, and accelerate the adoption of health IT in behavioral health settings.
We all benefit from programs like this that seek to create methods and tools to improve care delivery, advance research capabilities, and address emerging challenges related to interoperable health IT. The 2024 LEAP in Health IT Project awards are funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.
