March comes in like a lion for LEAP this year! We’ve barely finished up Sapio Sciences' SapioCon 2025 in Fort Lauderdale, for which we were Silver Sponsors, when it’s time to head to Las Vegas for a double header!
First up, it’s the MGMA Focus | Operations Conference March 2-4 at the Bellagio. We’re excited to explore the innovations in healthcare technology and AI and how to integrate these advancements to optimize operations, improve decision-making and enhance patient care.
Then it’s just down the road to the Venetian for the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition 2025 March 3-6. We’re hoping to regroup with partners and clients within the digital health ecosystem at the massive event, which calls itself the “epicenter of healthcare innovation.” With +900 exhibitors and +600 sessions on interoperability, digital health, health equity, and more, for 3 days in March they just might be right!
At the same time as all the action in Las Vegas, some of LEAP’s attention will be focused on the American Banker Payment Forum in San Francisco March 5-6. This forum brings together more than 100 innovative executives from across the payments ecosystem—banks and financial institutions, fintechs, crypto companies, regulators, venture capitalists and management consultants to dive into everything from tackling the risks of embedded finance and Banking-as-a-Service, to unlocking the potential of instant, social and stablecoin payments, to hearing about regulations reshaping how consumers and businesses adopt new payment options, including AI-driven mobile payments, digital wallets, open finance and emerging crypto solutions.
The rest of our March calendar is closer to home. We head to the Lab of the Future USA Congress at the Sheraton Boston March 10-11. With this year's themes – Digital Transformation, AI to Innovate, Data Strategy, Connected Lab, AI to Optimize, Automated Lab, and Lab Operational Excellence – we’re in for a serious dive into “the changing nature of the modern research environment, the role of new and emerging technologies and modalities, and the shift to a more collaborative research culture.”
After that, we catch our breath before the USCAP 2025 Annual Meeting March 22-27 in Boston. We’ll need it, because keeping up with the digital revolution in pathology can be challenging! Global decision makers in the field of pathology and leaders in the related specialties of molecular, toxicology, oncology, and immunology will join pathologists from hospitals, private laboratories, academic institutions, and the government at the week-long event.
