Steven brings years of experience and a get-it-done attitude to LEAP as the practice lead for Digital Transformation. Steven Brandsdorfer is a tenured consulting leader with a proven ability to deliver digital transformations and IT strategies. Steven has managed implementations and enabled change for some of the largest companies and biggest brands globally, delivering solutions across various industries, particularly in non-profit, technology, media, and travel & leisure.
Steven has experience running a company as the COO of a start-up in the software industry. That experience helps provide a unique perspective of what it takes to maintain and drive change in an organization. Steven has also worked on a number of M&A transactions, supporting due diligence, Day 1 strategy, and planning for integrations and divestitures.
As a motivated self-starter, Steven develops strategy and remediation roadmaps to create value and implement leading SAAS CRM, ERP middleware, and ancillary software solutions. He has extensive experience in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and other end-to-end business processes. Steven holds an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from Fordham University. Steven lives with his wife, 3 daughters (twin girls) and 1 son in Bergen County, NJ.
